1. Agreement Overview
ImportantThis Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GrantPlatform Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our grant information platform, including websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Acceptance of Terms
ImportantBy accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
3. Defined Terms
3.1 "Platform" means GrantPlatform's website, mobile applications, APIs, and all associated services.
3.2 "Content" includes grant listings, articles, sample proposals, templates, data, text, images, and all other materials.
3.3 "User Content" refers to any content submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by users.
3.4 "Subscription" means paid access to premium features as outlined in Section 6.

4. Services Description

4.2 Limitations: We are not a grant-making organization and do not guarantee funding approval. All information is for educational and informational purposes only. Users should verify all information with official grant sources.

6. Subscription Terms
6.1 Fees: Subscription fees are specified at purchase and may change with 30 days notice.
6.2 Billing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically.
6.3 Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of current billing period.
6.4 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8.4 Monitoring: We may, but are not obligated to, monitor User Content and remove any that violates this Agreement.

• Use the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with Service security or functionality

10.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
